Draft product policy · effective October 14, 2026 · last reviewed October 14, 2026

Status and acceptance

Effective October 14, 2026. These draft terms govern access to The Omni Lawyer’s public materials and configured application features. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to review the jurisdiction and source limits presented to you.

What the service is

The service is a legal-information and preparation product. It is not a law firm, lawyer referral service, emergency service, private investigator, or a provider of representation. It has no contracted instant attorney network and does not create an attorney-client relationship or privilege.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your choices, accurate location confirmation, local recovery key material, device security, permissions, and compliance with recording, privacy, and other applicable laws. Do not use the product to harass, impersonate, evade law enforcement, create false records, or endanger another person.

Availability and changes

Features may be unavailable, browser-limited, sandbox-only, or changed while the product is developed. General fallback information is not a claim of local coverage. Planned plans and external service integrations are not available until they are explicitly enabled.

Billing

Where a configured sandbox checkout is offered, displayed prices and access are subject to the relevant billing flow. No payment is made on your behalf, and no price implies legal representation or an outcome.
